Booking Information 

Below is some general information about booking a show with Elk Puppets: 
  • Elk Puppets will provide: All puppets and performance-specific props, portable staging and a sound system for performances.

  • We require a clean, dry, and safe performance area and access to electrical outlets.

  • Please note that while Elk Puppets provides engaging entertainment, performers are not responsible for child supervision during the show. Parents, guardians, or designated supervisors must remain present and maintain responsibility for their children throughout the performance. Elk Puppets cannot assume liability for unattended children before, during, or after the show.

  • Any damage to the Performer's equipment caused by the Client, their guests, or venue conditions may be charged at replacement cost.

Requesting a quote and booking a show.

To book a puppet show with "Elk Puppets," or request a quote, you can follow these steps:

1. Get in contact using the contact form. Specify your event details, including the date, your name, and contact information.

2. You will receive communication from Elk Puppets with a quote.

3. If you're happy to proceed, accept the quotation. 

4. Electronically sign an entertainer agreement (guidelines and work specification). You will also receive an invoice, relevant documents and confirmed arrangements in preparation for your event.
